How we met!

The school year of 2002-2003 was Ryan's senior and my freshman year of high school. Ryan was helping coach Diving with Chad Lemley. So for the first few years we were just friends although i will admit i had a crush on him. About 3 years later the summer before my senior year Ryan came back from Colorado Northwestern in Rangley, CO, where he had a baseball scholarship but had to quit because he had shoulder surgery. He took me on our first "date date" June 1st my 18th birthday. We both thought since Ryan was leaving for UW in 3 months that it would be a summer fling, but ended up lasting 2 and a half years before he proposed at Christmas 2007, and we were married a year later on December 20th, 2008.
